To ensure a calmer atmosphere, we block off every other sofa to reduce crowding. You’ll still be able to choose from the available seating when booking online or in-person.
Our trained team members will be visible and available throughout the experience to offer support if needed. All of our team members assigned to Relaxed Screenings receive specialist training, and where possible, the same team will be present at each Relaxed Screening to provide a consistent and familiar environment.
Yes, we will provide a designated quiet, private space for anyone who may need a break before, during, or after the film.
