General FAQs

The best way to make your enquiry is online. Visit https://www.everymancinema.com/private-hire/, select your preferred venue and complete the online enquiry form. Add as much detail into your enquiry form as possible for us to provide a more accurate reply. Please allow up to 48 hours for a member of the team to come back to you.

We host a number of different events here at Everyman, from children’s birthday parties to corporate events screenings and presentations. We can screen both past and new release movie titles, or alternatively connect your laptop to our screens through a HDMI cable. Please ensure you add your event type to the enquiry form for an accurate quote.

We hire our screens 7 days a week from 7am till 12am, Monday to Sunday. Our typical hire slots are 2.5 hours and are subject to availability checks by our Film Programming team. To receive an accurate quote please specify your preferred start and finish times in your enquiry form. Your start and finish time should refer to the length of time your require in the screen itself. If you require additional set-up and clear downtime, this must be factored into the quote.

This depends on your venue of choice and availability. Please use the enquiry form to enquiry about Bar Space. Please note that not all of our cinemas have bar or terrace space available for hire.

Yes, film-makers can host private screenings of their content. You can select this option on your enquiry form. The content must be your own, and you must have the right to screen privately. Please add the title and synopsis of your content to the enquiry form.

All our quotes are bespoke to your event needs. Pricing depends on the venue location, screen size, day of the week, time of day and what content you are screening. To ensure you have the most accurate quote please add as much information to your online enquiry as possible.

You will be looked after throughout your event planning process by a member of our dedicated Private Hire team. They will manage your booking from initial enquiry through to final details and payment. They will work with you to create your event brief, arrange pre-orders and finalise all your details. On the day, our experienced venue staff will deliver your event for you, working from the detailed brief you’ve created with our Private Hire team.

Yes, we will send you all appropriate menus depending on your booking type- we have specific menus to suit bookings from large corporate events, to kids' parties. All food and drinks are pre-ordered using a simple online link no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
