Changing your booking
We know that plans can change, so while we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help you exchange your ticket as long as it's more than 24 hours before your screening.
If you need to exchange your ticket, follow these simple steps:
- Book your new preferred film/time, just like you normally would.
- Click the pink Contact Us button (in the bottom right of the screen) and follow the steps to "Booking Exchange"
- We’ll take care of the exchange and let you know once it’s sorted. Your original booking will be refunded within 2-5 days.
Please note, that we can’t process exchanges or refunds within 24 hours of your screening. For more info check out our policy here.

Box Office and Booking Enquiries
The easiest way to check film times and book tickets for the latest releases is to take a look at our film listings page. Our film programme is confirmed at the start of each week for the upcoming Friday through Thursday period.
